We're Ryan and Renae. Two people who have spent their careers in hotels, Ryan on the industry side (front desk, Wynn Resorts, TripAdvisor, Expedia), Renae running a luxury travel agency for 7 years. Between us we have lived in 7 countries and slept in more hotels than we can honestly count.
We are the people who notice the linens, the lighting, and whether a wellness program is real or marketing. Parrot Cay is the kind of property we take seriously.

COMO Parrot Cay
1,000-acre private island, an hour from Providenciales.
COMO Parrot Cay sits on a 1,000-acre private island roughly an hour from Providenciales, 35 minutes by car, then a 35-minute boat ride. The footprint is small: a low-slung beachfront main resort plus a separate inventory of villas and estates set deeper on the island. The defining feature is the COMO Shambhala wellness program, yoga, Ayurveda, holistic therapies, and a nutrition-driven menu that runs in parallel with the regular dining room. The beach is a three-mile stretch of pale, almost-white sand, and the water is exactly the Turks and Caicos turquoise you've seen in photos. Bruce Willis, Donna Karan, and most of New York at some point, the celebrity-spot reputation is overstated now, but the privacy that earned it is real. COMO's service is quiet, design-forward, and slightly more reserved than American luxury resorts; if that suits you, it really suits you.

COMO Shambhala
The original COMO wellness program. Bookable as a structured retreat or piecemeal, yoga, holistic therapies, Ayurvedic consultations, and a parallel nutrition-driven menu. Worth at least one full day even if you didn't come for wellness.
Three-mile beach
Wide, pale, and almost never crowded. You can walk the full length and rarely see another person off-resort.
Beach House Villas
Standalone 1- to 5-bedroom villas with private pools and dedicated housekeeping. Closer to a private rental experience with hotel support behind it.
Boat to Pine Cay
The resort can arrange a day-trip to nearby uninhabited islands for a private picnic. Easy to set up with a day's notice.
Diving and bonefishing
TCI has world-class diving and one of the better bonefishing flats in the Caribbean. The resort coordinates everything.
COMO cuisine
Two restaurants on property. The main dining room runs a healthy Asian-influenced menu alongside the standard one. The food is consistently good, not flashy, well-sourced.
Couples and small families who want true privacy, real wellness programming, and design-forward minimalism. Travelers who already know COMO and trust the brand.

Amanyara
Aman on the west end of Providenciales
Amanyara is the closest equivalent to Parrot Cay in terms of privacy, scale, and architectural restraint, but on the main island, on a protected nature reserve, with Aman's signature pavilion-style accommodations. It's reachable by car (no boat), which makes it more practical for shorter trips. The dive site at Northwest Point is one of the best in TCI. A direct alternative if COMO's quiet doesn't fit but Aman's does.
Rock House
New cliffside resort on Providenciales north shore
Rock House (Grace Bay Resorts) opened in 2023 and is the most architecturally interesting new property in TCI, a Mediterranean-influenced cliffside complex with infinity pools cantilevered over the water. The food program is serious. Smaller and more design-forward than the Grace Bay beachfront properties, with a very different vibe than the private islands. Good for couples who want polish without the boat ride.
Beach Enclave
Private villa collection on Providenciales
Beach Enclave operates three small villa enclaves on Provo, Long Bay, North Shore, and Grace Bay. Stand-alone homes with private pools, fully equipped kitchens, and on-call concierge support. The right answer for multi-gen groups or anyone who wants villa-style independence without the boat-only commitment of Parrot Cay.
