Who We Are
About us.
We're Ryan and Renae. Two people who've spent their careers in hotels — Ryan on the industry side (front desk, Wynn Resorts, TripAdvisor, Expedia), Renae running a luxury travel agency for 7 years. Between us we've lived in 7 countries and slept in more hotels than we can count.
We're the people who test the water pressure. Who notice when the owner adds a log to the fire instead of delegating it. Who can tell from the lobby bar martini whether someone at this property cares.

Rate Monitoring
Prices drop after booking more often than you'd think. We monitor your reservation and rebook at the lower rate when we find one. Most advisors don't do this.

Mandarina is a single coastal development on the Riviera Nayarit. Both properties share the same stretch of jungle and Pacific coastline, but they deliver very different experiences. Here's how we see them.
№ 01 · A contemporary jungle sanctuary above the Pacific.
One&Only Mandarina
One&Only Mandarina is spread across a vast, jungle-covered hillside with standalone villas tucked into the terrain — intentionally secluded and reached by golf cart. The design is sleek and architectural: clean lines, natural materials, and a minimalist sensibility that lets the setting do the talking. Seven pools are scattered across the property, each with its own character, and the treetop spa with its full hydrotherapy circuit is one of the best we've seen in Mexico. Dining is a highlight — Carao by Enrique Olvera is excellent, and Jetty Beach Club is the kind of place you don't want to leave. Best for couples, design-minded travelers, or anyone who wants maximum privacy in an ultra-luxury setting.

Rosewood Mandarina
Rosewood Mandarina is the newer of the two properties and takes a warmer, more organic approach. Suites are arranged in charming enclaves across beachfront, flatland, and soon mountaintop settings — most areas are walkable, which sets it apart from One&Only's golf-cart-dependent layout. Terracotta tones, locally sourced materials, and open-air spaces give it an authenticity that feels rooted in the Nayarit coast. La Cocina is the dining standout, with wood-fired tortillas and elevated Mexican cuisine that draws from the region. The spa offers temazcal ceremonies alongside more conventional treatments. A better fit for families, multi-generational groups, or couples who want a more social, beach-forward energy without sacrificing refinement.
