Why Book With Us?
№ 01
VIP perks.
Things like complimentary breakfast, room upgrades, and property credits at no extra cost.
№ 02
Same price, or better.
You pay the hotel's direct rate (or lower). No booking fee. After you book, we monitor the rate and rebook you if it drops by $100 or more.
№ 03
We're pretty fast, but still human.
We respond personally, typically within a few hours. If it's urgent, just shoot us a text at (415) 707-8902.
№ 04
Real people.
A small team. We know our hotel partners personally — we visit their properties and meet at industry events. Those relationships matter when we tell them we have a client arriving.
№ 05
Lanai and beyond.
Cross-island itineraries are our thing. We can layer Lanai with Maui, Big Island, or Kauai — and pretty much any 4 or 5 star hotel beyond Hawaii.

Who We Are
About us.
We're Ryan and Renae. Two people who've spent their careers in hotels — Ryan on the industry side (front desk, Wynn Resorts, TripAdvisor, Expedia), Renae running a luxury travel agency for 7 years. Between us we've lived in 7 countries and slept in more hotels than we can count.
We're the people who test the water pressure. Who notice when the owner adds a log to the fire instead of delegating it. Who can tell from the lobby bar martini whether someone at this property actually cares.
For trips where the stay matters, we'd love to help you get it right.
Advisor-only rates, Amex FHR, The Edit by Chase, direct. We check them all and if you're ever better off booking elsewhere, we'll tell you.
Same Price, More Value
We match the hotel's direct rate. You pay the same (or less), but walk in with perks that direct bookers don't get. Our services are always free to you.
VIP Perks Included
We typically get you perks like complimentary breakfast, property credits, upgrade priority, and flexible check-in/checkout. Tell us your property and we'll send the exact breakdown.
Two People, Not a Call Center
You'll work directly with us. We're a small team that happens to check in to Hawaii's best luxury resorts pretty often ourselves.
Phase 02
Before You Arrive
Pre-Arrival Coordination
We contact the property ahead of your stay to flag your preferences, push for upgrades, and coordinate any room configurations you need — connecting rooms, cribs, suite layouts. Our relationships with on-site teams mean you're treated like a VIP from the moment you check in.
Rate Monitoring
Prices drop after booking more often than you'd think. We monitor your reservation and rebook you when the rate drops by $100 or more. Most advisors don't do this.
Phase 03
Once You're There
On-the-Ground Support
If something comes up — a room issue, a last-minute restaurant reservation, anything — you text us and we handle it directly with the property team.
Text, Email, or Call
However you prefer to communicate, we're available. Most of our clients text us. It's the fastest way to get answers.
June Perk
New clients receive an additional Room Service-only perk with their first booking. Reach out and we'll share the details.
The Rate Comparison
We'll compare against Amex FHR and Chase Edit for you.
We love figuring out how to beat the big guys. On rare occasions we just can't, and we'll tell you so.

Two Resorts, One Island
Two resorts. One island.
Lanai is Hawaii's most private island, with just two luxury resorts and almost nothing else. Here's how we see them.
№ 01 · Wellness-first, adults-only, and genuinely different
Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort
Sensei is not a typical Four Seasons. It's an adults-only wellness retreat built around personalized health programming, with guidance from on-site "senseis" who design your stay around movement, nutrition, and recovery. The rooms are clean and modern, the grounds are quiet, and the food is excellent without being indulgent. If you want a spa vacation, this goes deeper. If you want a beach-and-cocktails trip, this is the wrong property. The Manele golf course is accessible to Sensei guests, which is a nice bonus.
№ 02 · The classic. Ocean views, championship golf, and a complimentary flight from Honolulu.
Four Seasons Resort Lanai
This is the flagship resort on Lanai and it delivers what you'd expect from a top-tier Four Seasons. Hulopoe Bay is one of the best beaches in Hawaii, the rooms were fully renovated a few years back, and the service is polished. Nobu Lanai is the dining highlight. Every booking includes complimentary round-trip flights from Honolulu on Lanai Air — you fly out of a private hangar at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport and skip the main terminal entirely. The property works for couples, families, and golfers.

Rel · Maui
The Wider Islands
Beyond Lanai.
Hawaii has more luxury options across the islands. Here are the properties we know well and would recommend depending on what you're looking for.
Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea
The gold standard for Hawaii luxury
Four Seasons Maui is the property that everyone compares everything else to, and it holds up. The pool areas are well-designed, Wailea Beach is gorgeous, and the service is what you'd expect. The suites facing Molokini are worth the upgrade. It runs larger than Lanai, so it has more energy, more dining options, and more of a scene. If you want a full-service luxury resort with nothing to complain about, this is the safe bet in Hawaii.
Rosewood Kona
The newest luxury entry on the Big Island
Rosewood's first Hawaii property brings the brand's residential style to the Kona coast. It's newer, design-forward, and more intimate than the big Maui resorts. The Big Island itself is less developed and more dramatic than Maui, with volcanic landscapes and fewer crowds. If you've done Maui and want something different, or if you prefer Rosewood's approach to hospitality, this is worth a serious look.
1 Hotel Kauai
Sustainability-forward luxury on the Garden Isle
1 Hotel brought their nature-first ethos to Kauai, and it works well here. The property is on Hanalei Bay, which is arguably the most beautiful setting in Hawaii. It's more relaxed and less polished than Four Seasons or Rosewood, but that's intentional. Good for travelers who want luxury without the formality and care about environmental practices.
The Ritz-Carlton, O'ahu (Turtle Bay)
Oahu's North Shore, away from Waikiki
Turtle Bay is what you choose when you want Oahu without the density of Waikiki. The North Shore is surf country, and the property has a rugged, windswept quality that's different from anything on Maui or Lanai. The rooms were refreshed recently and the location is hard to beat for a mix of adventure and relaxation.
The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua
West Maui's quieter, more residential alternative
Kapalua is on the northwest corner of Maui, away from the busier Wailea strip. The Ritz here feels more residential and less resort-like. The golf is excellent, the beach is beautiful, and it's noticeably quieter than the south side. Good for repeat Maui visitors who want a different pace.
Montage Kapalua Bay
All-suite luxury with full kitchens
Montage is an all-suite property, which means you get a full kitchen, a living room, and real space. It's the best option on Maui for families or longer stays where you want to feel more like you're living somewhere than visiting. Kapalua Bay is beautiful, and the pool and grounds are well-maintained.
Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort
Wailea's more modern option
The Andaz is the more contemporary, design-driven option on the Wailea strip. It runs younger and more social than Four Seasons next door. The rooftop pool has great energy, the rooms are clean and modern, and the Hyatt loyalty integration is a nice bonus. A strong value play in an expensive market, especially with advisor perks layered on.
