    Who We Are
    Ryan and Renae in Istanbul

    About us.

We're Ryan and Renae. Two people who have spent their careers in hotels, Ryan on the industry side (front desk, Wynn Resorts, TripAdvisor, Expedia), Renae running a luxury travel agency for 7 years. Between us we have lived in 7 countries and slept in more hotels than we can honestly count.

We are the people who test the water pressure, who notice when the bartender remembers your name, and who can usually tell from the welcome amenity whether someone on property actually cares.

For private-island stays where the property is the entire trip, we'd love to help you get it right.

    Ways To Book

    Four ways. Same perks.

Fill out the form above, email howdy@roomservice.inc or text (415) 707-8902. We'll send rates, perks, and book for you when you're ready.

    Book Direct With The Hotel

Book direct and forward us your confirmation. We'll add our perks and watch for rate drops.

    Our Self-Serve Portal

Browse and book advisor-exclusive inventory yourself. A little confusing, won't accept children as guests. We're here if you need us.

    Already Booked?

Forward your confirmation. We'll layer in VIP perks and watch for rate drops.

    How It Works, In Detail

    Three phases. One stay.

    Phase 01

    Before You Book

    We Compare Every Channel

Oetker direct, Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts, Virtuoso, and our advisor channels. If you're better off booking elsewhere, we'll tell you.

    Same Price, More Value

We match the resort's direct rate. You pay the same (or less), but walk in with perks direct bookers don't get. Our services are always free to you.

    VIP Perks Included

Complimentary breakfast, property credit, upgrade priority, early check-in / late checkout. Specific perks depend on the rate and category, tell us your dates and we'll send the breakdown.

Two People, Not a Call Center

You work directly with us. We're a small team with strong opinions on what to ask the property before you book.

    Phase 02

    Before You Arrive

    Pre-Arrival Coordination

We contact the resort ahead of your stay to flag preferences, push for upgrades, and coordinate room or estate configurations like bed setups, cribs, and butler preferences. Clients booked through our preferred-partner channels are flagged as VIPs on arrival.

    Rate Monitoring

Prices drop after booking more often than you'd think. We monitor your reservation and rebook at the lower rate when we find one. Most advisors don't do this.

    Phase 03

    Once You're There

    On-the-Ground Support

If something comes up, a beach-cabana request, a private dinner at The Estate House, anything, you text us and we handle it directly with the on-property team.

    Text, Email, or Call

However you prefer to communicate. Most clients text. It's the fastest way to get answers.

    May Perk

New clients receive an additional Room Service-only gift with their first booking. Reach out and we'll share the details.

    The Rate Comparison

We'll compare against Amex FHR and Chase Edit for you.

We love figuring out how to beat the big guys. On rare occasions we just can't, and we'll tell you so.

    The Property

    Inside Jumby Bay.

Jumby Bay is a one-resort island. The geography and the property are the same thing, which is why this page is about both. Here is what we have learned from the research, the partner channels, and the clients we have sent.

    The Property

Jumby Bay Island, an Oetker Collection Resort

A 300-acre private island, 7 minutes by boat from Antigua.

Jumby Bay is one of a small handful of true private-island resorts in the Caribbean, 300 acres of its own, reached by a 7-minute boat ride from Antigua. The footprint is intentionally low: 40 rooms and suites, plus a separate collection of private estates and residences. Cars don't exist on island; you get around by golf cart, bicycle, or on foot through a tangle of seagrape and casuarina. Pasture Bay on the north shore is a turtle-nesting beach. The Estate House, the original 18th-century great house, anchors fine dining. The vibe is barefoot-formal: kids are welcomed, but most guests are couples and small family groups who came specifically for the privacy. Under the Oetker Collection since 2014, with the quiet European service standard that implies.

VIP Perks When You Book Through Us

    • Room or suite upgrade on arrival, subject to availability
    • Full breakfast daily for two per bedroom
    • $100 USD resort credit per stay
    • Early check-in / late check-out, subject to availability
    • Complimentary Wi-Fi
    Signature Experiences

    Pasture Bay turtles

A protected nesting beach for hawksbill turtles. From June through November you can join the on-island conservation team for a nesting or hatching walk.

    The Estate House

Dinner in the restored 18th-century plantation house, easily the most special dining setting on the island, and one of the better restaurants in Antigua.

    Private estates & residences

A separate inventory of 3- to 7-bedroom estates with private pools and dedicated staff. Worth asking about for multi-gen trips or special occasions.

    Boat-only access

The 7-minute crossing is the kind of small ritual that resets a trip. You leave cars and crowds at the dock in Antigua.

    Tennis & pickleball

Four courts, a teaching pro, and far less pretension than you'd expect. Easy to drop in.

    Beach picnics

The kitchen will set you up on one of the quieter beaches with a packed lunch and an umbrella. Mention it the day before.

    Who It's For

Couples and small families who want a true private-island experience with restrained, European-leaning service. Anyone returning to the Caribbean and finally ready to skip the cruise-port crowds.

    Who It's Not For

Travelers who want a giant resort with five pools, six restaurants, and a casino. Anyone who needs to drive themselves around, there are no cars on island.

    What Clients Say

    The Wider Caribbean

    Beyond Jumby Bay.

If Jumby Bay isn't quite the right shape for your trip, here are nearby Caribbean properties we know and would recommend depending on what you're looking for.

    Hermitage Bay

Adults-only, all-inclusive boutique on the west coast of Antigua

Hermitage Bay is a 30-suite, adults-only, all-inclusive on a remote beach on Antigua's west coast, reachable only by a winding road through the hills. The vibe is quiet, design-driven, and unapologetically romantic. Suites are spread across the hillside and beachfront, with hilltop suites getting plunge pools. A strong alternative to Jumby Bay for couples who want a private-feeling property without the boat crossing.

    Carlisle Bay

Caribbean classic on Antigua's south coast

Carlisle Bay is the polished, family-friendlier sibling to Jumby Bay, a longer beach, two pools, a real kids' club, and a tennis program with a serious teaching pro. The design is restrained-modern, the location is the south coast (less developed than the west), and the service is consistently strong. Good for multi-gen groups who want full-service without giving up taste.

    Curtain Bluff

Old-school Antiguan all-inclusive with two beaches

Curtain Bluff sits on a bluff between two beaches on the south coast, one calm, one with surf. It's a family-owned, full-inclusive resort that has been operating since the 1960s, and it shows in the best way: repeat guests by name, a tennis program that's been running for decades, and a closing season in summer that almost no one does anymore. A different category than Jumby Bay, less polish, more soul.
