What is the Accor Hera program?

It's Accor' invite-only program for a small group of approved luxury agencies. Booking through a Accor Hera advisor gets you VIP perks at no extra cost. The hotel pays the advisor, not you. Most travelers don't realize this exists, which is exactly why direct bookers leave hundreds of dollars in value on the table every stay.

What perks do I actually get, and are they the same at every property?

Perks vary by property but often include things like complimentary daily breakfast for two, a property credit (commonly $100 USD or equivalent), priority for a room upgrade at check-in, early check-in and late checkout when available, and a welcome amenity. Some properties offer more, some less. Tell us where you're going and we'll send the exact breakdown for that property before you book.

Is the rate the same as booking direct?

Yes. We match the hotel's direct rate. You pay the same (sometimes less if there's a promotion stacked in), but you walk in with perks direct bookers don't get. Occasionally we also have access to exclusive discounts you won't see published anywhere. There's genuinely no downside to letting us book it.

Accor Hera vs Amex FHR vs Chase The Edit vs booking direct - what's the actual difference?

We quote all four for every stay. Rates are usually in the same ballpark, but the real differences are perks, eligibility, and service. Accor Hera (through us) gives you the full perk stack at every property in the program, no card required, and a real human handling your booking. Amex FHR requires an active Amex Platinum cardholder ($695/yr) and perks aren't offered at every property. Chase The Edit requires Sapphire Reserve ($795/yr) and also has a partial property list. Booking direct gives you nothing beyond the brand's loyalty points. We'll tell you which is the best fit - even if that means we don't get the booking.

You mention rate monitoring - what does that actually mean?

After we book your stay, we keep watching the rate. If it drops by $100 or more before your arrival, we rebook you at the lower price. Most advisors and OTAs never do this - the booking happens, the rate moves, and the savings disappear. We've refunded thousands of dollars to clients this way on stays they'd already paid for.

What does personal advocacy mean before and during my stay?

Before you arrive, we contact the property directly to flag your preferences, push for upgrades, and sort out anything specific (connecting rooms, cribs, dietary needs, suite layouts, special occasions). During your stay, if anything comes up - a room issue, a last-minute reservation, a question about transport - you text us and we deal with the hotel for you. You don't sit on hold with a call center.

Can I earn credit card points?

Yes. Credit cards like Amex Green and Chase Sapphire Reserve offer point multipliers on hotel direct bookings, and Accor bookings through us qualify. Ask us about credit cards and we'll happily recommend the best one to use.

Will I still earn my Accor profile preferences and recognition?

Yes. Your Accor profile, preferences, and any prior history with the brand all carry through. We attach your profile number to the reservation. The property sees you as a returning Accor guest, not a brand-new advisor booking.

Can I combine Accor Hera perks with Accor promotional rates?

Often, yes. Many promotional rates (third night free, suite upgrade offers, seasonal packages) are eligible for Accor Hera perks layered on top. Some heavily discounted rates are not. We check both and tell you which combination puts more value in your pocket.

What does Room Service do that other Accor Hera advisors don't?

A few things. We monitor your rate after you book and rebook you whenever it drops by $100 or more, which most advisors never check. We reach out to the property before you arrive to flag preferences, push for upgrades, and sort out room configurations like connecting rooms, cribs, or suite layouts. We're available by text before, during, and after your stay, so if something comes up at the property, you ping us and we handle it directly with the on-site team. Same idea: same rate as direct, plus perks like breakfast, property credit, upgrades, and early check-in or late checkout when available. Rate Monitoring

Prices drop after booking more often than you'd think. We monitor your reservation and rebook you when the rate drops by $100 or more. Most advisors don't do this.

Concierge Introduction

The on-property concierge team is the single most underused asset at a luxury hotel. We introduce you directly so they can line up airport transfers, restaurant reservations, spa bookings, and day trips before you arrive, usually faster and better than any outside concierge service.

Pre-Arrival Coordination

We contact the property ahead of your stay to flag your preferences, push for upgrades, and coordinate any room configurations you need (connecting rooms, cribs, suite layouts). Our relationships with on-site teams mean you're treated like a VIP from the moment you check in.
